DATA PROTECTION

1 INTRODUCTION
With the following information, I give you an overview of the processing of your personal data by us and your rights.
A use of our website is basically possible without input of personal data. We point out that the transfer of data in the internet (for example in the case of communication by e-mail) can in principle have security gaps and complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible. For this reason, you are free to send us personal information in alternative ways (by mail or phone) to us.

When using our website, only such data is collected that your browser transmits to our server. Each time one of our pages is called up by you or an automated system, a series of general data is collected and stored in so-called logfiles of the server.
Can be recorded:

  • Used browser types and versions

  • The operating system used by the accessing system

  • The website from which an accessing system comes to my site (so-called referrers)

  • The sub-web pages that are accessed via an accessing system on my website

  • Date and time of access to our site

  • The internet protocol address (IP address)

  • The internet service provider of the accessing system.

When using this general data, we do not draw conclusions about your person. This information is needed:

  • To deliver the contents of our website correctly

  • To optimize the contents of our website

  • To ensure the permanent functioning of our website technically and

  • To provide law enforcement with the necessary information for prosecution in case of a cyberattack.

These collected data are evaluated statistically and with the aim of increasing data protection and data security in our company. The data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data that you may provide us on other means of transmission.
The IP address of your computer will be stored only for the time of your use of the website and then either deleted immediately or partially obscured by shortening. The remaining data is stored for a limited period of time.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DS-GMO. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above.

If your contact becomes an order, additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GMO.
