ABOUT US

We are a group of consultants and organizations who support their clients sustainably and comprehensively in strategic, organizational and personnel issues - following a collaborative  network approach. We recruit for ambitious and modern organizations, we develop their leaders and teams, we are passionate co-authors of strategy and organizational framework. In doing so, we are guided by beliefs that have their origin in our own experience and in actively dealing with modern management approaches and methods. These guiding principles describe our credo:

  • Values ​​and culture are the foundation for everything - even for the success of a strategy

  • A strategy only strives if it takes into account all stakeholders

  • The time of exploitation is over - the time of delimitation too

  • The humane design of work and  efficient working processes are complementary and interdependent. They serve to maximize job satisfaction and shareholder value

  • Every person thinks and feels and has personal goals - and achieves more when in harmony with him/herself, his/her colleagues, his/her tasks and the environment

  • People decide on the success or failure of organizations - even in times of the highest technological integration and complex, dynamic framework conditions. Therefore, investing time and money in recruiting, training and the right HR strategy pays off

  • Hierarchy has had its days - teams are at the center now.  Nevertheless, organizations need direction and rhythm

  • Managers are mentors, coaches, conductors, facilitators, supporters, critics, supporters, influencers and decision makers - everyone can get better, every day

  • Those who want to remain credible and successful in the long term are concerned with solving major human issues in their own sphere of influence - be it the climate, the environment, social injustice, economic imbalances or others
